 Himmel's Holiday Village 2024 will take place from November 21st to December 24th. We are excited to host a diverse range of artisans, specialty food vendors, and unique creators to bring a festive experience to our community in Pasadena, MD. Our market is designed to celebrate the holiday spirit while offering vendors a chance to showcase their products to a large audience. We’re seeking a variety of vendors to provide a well-rounded experience for our visitors. 

• High Foot Traffic: Thousands of visitors over the duration of the event.
• Prime Location: Centrally located in Pasadena, MD, drawing local and regional shoppers.
• Marketing Support: Extensive promotions across social media, radio, and other local media channels.
• Family-Friendly Event: A new and unique draw in families, shoppers, and holiday enthusiasts.

• Thursday: 3 PM – 8 PM*
• Friday: 3 PM – 8 PM*
• Saturday: 2 PM – 8 PM*
• Sunday: 2 PM – 8 PM* 

*Hours subject to change

 Vendors can choose between participating in the full event, specific weeks, or specific days.  

• Tent (10x10) Space: Pricing starts at $100 per day.
• Greenhouse (8x8) Space: Pricing starts at $100 per day.
• Barn/Shed (10x10): $1,500 for all five weeks (full event). Barns/Sheds will have locks for vendors to leave goods securely during the event. It also includes electricity and overhead lighting.

Discounts are available for vendors signing up for multiple dates. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown and must operate their booths for the full duration of their committed times.

3. Upon acceptance, the information on where to submit your vendor fee will be shared to secure your spot. 

Completing the application does not guarantee selection, as we are carefully curating a variety of vendors to ensure a well-rounded market experience. Vendors will be selected based on product quality, diversity, and alignment with our event’s vision. 

 Note: We are unable to accept applications from the following vendor types:

• Multi-Level Marketing Companies (e.g., Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.)
• Live Plants & Flower Vendors
